Digital Women Membership – Terms and Conditions

- Introduction:
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Digital Women Membership website operated by Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14653448 with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.
- By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Membership:
- All payments for membership are processed using Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions of use.
- Membership benefits include access to video content, masterclasses, exclusive resources, and other specified services.
- Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women) reserves the right to alter membership benefits at its discretion.
- Limitations of Liability:
- The content on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
- Payment:
- All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the purchase of any items purchased.
- If no payment is received, no items will be sent or services rendered.
- Refund/Return Policy:
- Membership fees, once paid and processed, are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Skills of The Future Ltd (Digital Women).
- Cancellation:
- For the £30 per month plan, members are entering a yearly contract and cannot cancel until the end of the 12-month period. After the 12-month period, the membership will not auto-renew, and members will need to manually renew their membership if they wish to continue.
- Members on the £50 one-off monthly plan can cancel their membership at any time without any commitment.
- It is the responsibility of the member to understand the terms of their membership plan and any associated commitments.
- Governing Law:
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
- Changes to These Terms:
- We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes.
