This November Digital Women LIVE is back! An event that first brought together our community. With 300 Digital Women with Natwest, in Central London sharing and learning useful digital, business skills and advice. In this series, we are spotlighting our speakers, many of whom are an active part of the Digital Women community, continually sharing advice and helping other community members.

Let’s learn more about Katrina:
I obtained my degree in 2004 in Marketing & Advertising and then began my career in Project Management in 2006 with the Department of Health and in 2008 began working with Kings College supporting the CRisP Biomedical Research Centre. Holding various Freelance Consulting roles.
Whilst on maternity with my second child in 2010 I returned to studies as an Adult Educator, going on to upskill in Digital Marketing, UX Copywriting, Business Analysis, Online Marketing, and PMO Management.
In 2013 I began my career in Business Analysis, Transformation and Digital Transformation and Program and Product Management.
In 2014 after covering a secondment at John Lewis, I joined Lewisham Council Primary School Places Programme supporting the programme team in Digital Project Management, Project & Programme Management. Consulting from 2015 – 2016 and Launching a Management Consultancy in 2015 and Agency in 2016. In 2019 I founded a Technology Innovation Sass called Aggregator Digital after 2 years of research. A Business and enterprise focused on Digital Transformation, Aggregating Insights, Metrics, Data, Technology enablement, Digital upskilling, and Robotic Automation Solutions.I help and consult Universities, Corporations, Business Owners, SME’s, Enterprises, Consultants, Organisations, and Coaches offering Online, Digital, Remote, and Virtual Training and Consultation.
In 2021 I became a sessional Visiting Enterprise, Business and Industry Lecturer and mentor for University of the Arts and Enterprise Nation. R&D/Innovation and Robotics, advance cost-saving Automation and RPA support, which includes- Digital Business Models- Digital Capabilities- Solutions to Strategy Integration- Digital Transformation Frameworks- Transformation Best Practices- Corporate Innovation Strategies
In 2020 I trained by Global Industry Leaders, tech companies, disruptive startups, and top Silicon Valley Companies and experts on Managing Digital Transformation and Innovation and How To Achieve Quick Digital Wins And Create Long-Term Transformative Value. Executive Digital Transformation Training by Companies Exceptional ability to provide innovative, pragmatic, and cost-effective solutions to challenges and obtain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. Seeking an Executive level position in digital business transformation and/or marketing with your organisation where I may deploy my creativity and extensive background to drive new business strategies and inspire engagement across the organisation.

What does your session focus on and how will attendees benefit?
Are you a business owner, freelancer, service-based business, designer, consultant, coach, SME or entrepreneur? Have you been meaning to audit Do you want to learn how to take an idea and turn it into an actual product?
Then this mini-hackathon is for you! It will help you to use the Idea to Product methodology to take ideas or improvements to the implementation framework for your business or department, I will provide you with some inspiration and guidance on how to do it. All you have to do is bring your skills and an open mind!
