A: The most exciting thing I’ve seen in digital and tech over the last 12 months is the emergence of profile videos on LinkedIn. It’s like watching Harry Potter!

A: My prediction for the next 12 months in digital and tech is a decline in the usage of Facebook and Twitter, and tighter budgets for entrepreneurs.
